PAUL HUTCHINSON LL.B LL.M
Solicitor Director
Paul completed his UK law degree in 2004 before transferring his qualifications to Australia. He went on to complete his masters degree and mediation certification. Paul has over 10 years of experience in debt recovery, commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution. Paul ensures the firm provides positive results and comprehensive advice whilst maintaining commerciality for his clients.

Neil has over 40 years of experience in tax working in various government departments. He also has extensive experience in commercial law, transactional law, contract disputes including associated litigation, business transactions, business structuring and international arbitration. Neil splits his time between Sydney and Hong Kong and can be available to discuss your matter by appointment.
MADELINE QUINN
Paralegal
Madeline is currently completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney. Madeline assists across a wide range of practice areas with a particular focus on debt recovery, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Madeline's client-focused approach, combined with her research skills and ability to draft complex legal documents, makes her a valuable member of the team at Gartree Thomson Lawyers.
RHIANNON PHILP
Paralegal
Rhiannon is currently completing a Criminology and Law double degree at Western Sydney University. Rhiannon is able to identify legal issues and solve them quickly. She provides excellent support to the solicitors in the firm across all areas, particularly in legal research and drafting documents. Rhiannon's legal support helps Gartree Thomson run smoothly and is an asset to the firm.
RUTH TZOURAS
Conveyancer and Paralegal
Ruth commenced working as a paralegal in 2007. In 2011 Ruth completed Macquarie University’s Conveyancing Law and Practice program graduating in the top 1% of her class. Ruth advises on conveyancing transactions, leases, personal property and real estate securities and commercial transactions. Ruth's strong work ethic and extensive experience ensures all clients have their matters handled quickly and efficiently.

Jessica was admitted in 2018, and now works predominantly in consumer law and debt recovery. In addition to recovering debt for our clients she advises companies and lenders on debt recovery and financial compliance. With clear concise advice from Jessica your business is in safe hands.

Pradha joined the GTL team as Associate in 2020, specialising in Insolvency and Commercial Litigation matters. She arrived with five years legal experience. Clare is our newest solicitor graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Class 1 Honours) from the University of Newcastle, and was admitted in 2020.
Clare will be working with our clients predominantly on debt recovery and commercial matters. Her strong attention to research and detail ensures your matters will be treated with due care and attention.

Matthew was admitted as a lawyer in 2015. He is a commercial lawyer with extensive experience and knowledge in insolvency, debt recovery, and commercial litigation. Matthew regularly advises clients on complex commercial matters and disputes. He also possesses expertise in criminal law which he gained prior to joining Gartree Thomson Lawyers.
